    Great list! It’s all about the first impression and the front door and walkway definitely make an impact.

    I would add to the list landscaping. A fresh load of mulch in the flower beds makes things look fresh. If the house is a light color then a dark mulch can really makes things pop! Trimming trees and shrubs back also gives that clean feel and can really help make a great first impression.
